M.A.C.K. Products’ Company Policy On Sale and Return of Merchandise

          No merchandise may be returned without first calling for a Merchandise Return Number and shipping instructions from M.A.C.K. Products at (732) 870-2966.  Office hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
        Only items manufactured by, or sold under the M.A.C.K. Products label may be returned to us for repair. All other items that M.A.C.K. Products is the distributor for must be returned to and serviced by the manufacturer of that product and is subject to their warranties.                     
        Returns of any merchandise to M.A.C.K. Products solely for refund must also call for a Return Merchandise Number
 and must be returned in the original packaging.  These items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
