M.A.C.K. Products Model Marine has ceased to carry the IMEX line of scale model ships due to the long overdue shipment of orders which were placed over nine months ago.  This is not to say that M.A.C.K. Products will never carry the IMEX line in the future, but that we will not resume carrying the line unless we can be assured that the models we order are in stock and can be shipped in a timely manner.  We have also had issues with their packing of the models for shipment, and were informed by IMEX that they do not recommend that we ship certain models of their line through the normal channels of shipment (FedEx and UPS), but recommend that our customers pick up the models from our factory after being freighted in to us by IMEX.  This is an unacceptable way for us to do business.  We demand better treatment not only for us, but for our customers as well.
