• SHIPPING & HANDLING: Each purchase will be shipped insured via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will therefore incur unique shipping and insurance charges, dependent upon shipping address. All purchases will incur a $16.00 handling charge.

• SALES TAX: Any order shipped to a New Jersey address will be subject to a 6.625% sales tax.

• REFUNDS: No merchandise may be refunded without first contacting M.A.C.K. Products to obtain a return number and shipping instructions. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

• REPAIRS: Only items manufactured by M.A.C.K. products or sold under the M.A.C.K. Products label may be returned for repair. All other items purchased from M.A.C.K. Products, for which M.A.C.K. Products acts solely as a distributor, must be serviced by the manufacturers of those products and are subject to the manufacturers' warranties.
